Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is as follows:
- Returns are accepted only if stated on the product page or return policy page.
- Due to the unique nature of gemstones, returns for “change of mind” may be limited or not accepted.
- Any returns will be accepted ONLY if product is damaged or broken or a direct result of improper packaging.
- Items must be returned in original condition the product was received.
Custom, resized, or specially requested items are typically non-refundable.
Shipping & Returns Policy
All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if merchandise is damaged due to improper packaging.
If a package is lost as a result of courier negligence, the responsibility does not fall on the shipper.
All orders are shipped with complimentary insurance coverage up to $100. If you would like insurance coverage for the full value of your merchandise, you must request it in a note at checkout or by contacting us directly or a member of our support team before shipment. Additional insurance costs will apply and will be added to your order total.
